Not sure they should be in the bike repair market. Paid £25 and took bike in for a service. They said a 5 workday turnaround. A week later they finally got to it, said I needed a new gear shift that wasnt in stock but would be over the weekend for a mOnday pickup. Went by Tuesday, no one knew what I was talking about. Gear shift hadnt been delievred, person I spoke to was in a meeting, no one knew anything.
Supposedly calling me tomorrow to let me know whats going on.
