I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. All work sub-contracted to various individuals and poor communication between the shop and the tradesmen. Promised visits and call backs on several occasions which never happened so I was repeatedly going in the shop or phoning up to chase what was happening. Took £1000 of my money for a Woodburner before the fireplace was properly assessed which I was then told I couldnt have - (subsequently with another company this is apparently not the case) so no logical process followed. They seemed busy and disorganised - when visiting often couldnt find my file or got it mixed up with someone elses with the same surname. On last visit - manager came to advise me on what fire I could have and look at the chimney and asked the plasterer who was there if he had a torch! Asked for a refund and went back to square one.
