  Had a kitchen designed with all electrical appliances. Cost approx £12000. When installed major design faults such as fitting the ceramic hob in the cutlery door and many others. On delivery of said kitchen many parts of the order were missing. Customer services are useless, say theyll phone back and dont. At the call centre when I spoke to the manager about non return calls, she was most rude and told me I should have unpacked all 53 packages upon delivery so it was my fault. As I am a pensioner this was not possible. The attitude of the woman was simply dreadful! Even the manager at the Bedford store was useless, she offered no solutions just said "Oh dear." As of now I still have no answers to my problems and no delivery of missing parts. It seems as soon as they have the money they want nothing more to do with you. from a very distressed lady.
